Step 2Sign up to our Beginners program to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit and broaden your knowledge prior to group CrossFit sessions.

Step 3That's it you can now join CrossFit Medway and and explore one of our optional starter packages to get you started.

Our beginner programs runs for 3 weeks and consists of 1 x 3 hour fundamental session whereby we go through the basic movements of CrossFit. Once this is complete we then involve you in a group class setting with up to 3 sessions per week for a further 3 weeks. Within this period we do weekly check ins to ensure all is going well and your getting the most from your experience.
