STEPS TO GETTING STARTED

Contact us for a free session or running taster classes to get an idea on what we do.

Step 2

Sign up to our Beginners program to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit and broaden your knowledge prior to group CrossFit sessions.

Step 3

That's it you can now join CrossFit Medway and and explore one of our optional starter packages to get you started.

Our beginner programs runs for 3 weeks and consists of 1 x 3 hour fundamental session whereby we go through the basic movements of CrossFit. Once this is complete we then involve you in a group class setting with up to 3 sessions per week for a further 3 weeks. Within this period we do weekly check ins to ensure all is going well and your getting the most from your experience.
