Step 2Sign up to our Foundation classes to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit and broaden your knowledge prior to group CrossFit sessions.

Step 3That's it you can now join CrossFit Medway and and explore one of our optional starter packages to get you started.

Our Foundation class runs for 2 hours on Wednesday evenings or 2 hours on Saturday morning and costs £35. We cover a variety of movements which are essential before joining group CrossFit classes.
*note all foundation classes are booked in advance and paid for prior to the day. Should you be unable to partake in the relevant class we can re-schedule at a later date and any money already paid will be put toward that day.
