Our beginner programme runs for 3 weeks and consists of 1 x 3 hour fundamental session whereby we go through the basic movements of CrossFit. Once this is complete we then involve you in a group class setting with up to 3 sessions per week for a further 3 weeks. Within this period we do weekly check ins to ensure all is going well and your getting the most from your experience.
