THE 5 STEPS TO GETTING STARTED
Step 1.
Trying a class is easy, all you need to do is pop onto our calendar below and pick one of our free sessions, upon completion of your class we will contact you to find out how you found the session.
Step 2.
Our consultations are straight forward, you will meet with one of our coaches and discuss your goals and what you want to achieve from CrossFit Medway. Coach will do a movement and mobility checklist along with work capacity assessment giving you a firm baseline to work from prior to your training sessions. They will also discuss what to expect over the 2 weeks of training at CrossFit Medway.
Step 3.
Enjoy all that CrossFit Medway has to offer by training under the watchful eye of our coaching team in a group setting, you cant beat training alongside others who want to better themselves, experience the community and what makes CrossFit Medway unique.
Step 4.
Each week our coaching team will check-in with you, we want you to feel comfortable and to have a great experience you will remember, we will discuss how your finding the classes, this also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. On your final week we talk about moving forward and getting officially started with us on your fitness journey.

Welcome to CrossFit Medway!
We run our training blocks in 6 - 8 week cycles, on the Sunday of each week we display the whole weeks training via our training log app, upon starting with us you will be assigned a coach group, your dedicated coach will break down the training for each day, he will discuss the stimulus of certain workouts, how to approach the relevant session and tips to get the most out of the class. This also gives you the opportunity to touch base with your coach and ask for any advice personal to you.
