Weightlifting greatly increases strength, speed and power output and can have a great carry over to people from a variety of sports. We have had people use weightlifting from a MMA background to runners just looking to gain some strength to carry them through a race event.
For anyone that joins the club we start from the ground up breaking the movement down into smaller portions before finally executing the full movement. Being that these lifts are technical its imperative that each stage is performed correctly and safely.
Anyone is welcome to join the club we do not have a minimum standard to join. We find that most people who join and have been working on there own do need some technical adjustments at the start. If you would like to enquire further then please contact us.
