Initial consultation and assessment
Attend a set amount of beginners weightlifting.

Lets get you started.
Step 1: Our consultation are straight forward, you will meet with one of our coaches and discuss your goals and what you want to achieve from CrossFit Medway and the weightlifting club. Coach will do a movement and mobility checklist along with work capacity assessment giving you a firm baseline to work from prior to your training sessions. They will also discuss what to expect prior to your first class and how to approach it.
Step 2: To go along with our consultation you will have a month to enjoy our beginners classes, these classes start from the ground up and are mandatory prior to going into our intermediate classes. The movements will be broken down to ensure your getting a full understanding on how to do them correctly.
Step 3: Once you have completed step 2 you can start to get into our intermediate programme and and enjoy the new skill you have acquired. If you want to continue in our beginners classes this is absolutely fine or alternatively do both.
